Shipping fees apply as follows:
- R100.00 shipping flat rate
- Free delivery for orders over R900.00
Payment option: We will send you an invoice with EFT payment details. Your shipment will be sent on receipt of payment, and delivery may take 3-5 business days. We will provide you with the waybill number so that you can track your order.
Free Collection: If you purchase directly from one of our stockists in your area, you may be able to collect your order in person by arrangement. Prices from stockists may be higher than online prices. Contact your nearest stockist to confirm availability and pricing.
Returns policy: Returns will be accepted if the product contents or product packaging was damaged during shipping. A customer can either return the damaged product and request a full refund (including shipping charges), or return the damaged product in exchange for a new packaged product at no extra cost and no extra shipping charges.
